Scheduled an oil change and tire rotation online. My Service Rep was with another customer, so Kevin(?) quickly stepped up to take care of me. I was short on time, so I assumed that I would have to leave my vehicle and pick it up later. My advisor told me that he'd put a high priority on my vehicle so I would not have to wait long. He understood my time constraints, kept me informed of progress and got me out the door in plenty of time. I appreciated not having to arrange a trip back to pick it up later in the day. A relatively small effort resulted in a very happy customer!
