My first trip to get car fixed, They told me sorry we have no loaner for you today so I had to come back a few days later. Service dept said they could not smell the bad odor from my vents. I have friends that can tell you they smelled it too. I kept the loaner car for 5 days because they were so busy at the dealership. When getting the loaner car the young ladies that work in there are not friendly. I know it's a place of business but there's nothing wrong with smiling when taking care of customers. After I get my oil changed for free next visit I'm looking for a different dealership to get my car serviced.
I've been buying cars at your dealership for almost 20 years and will continue to do so because of the great service you provide. The staff are ALWAYS courteous, friendly, efficient and go out of their way to make it a positive experience. My service consultant was Kevin Kukuk. He is an outstanding employee and could not have done anything more to make my visit as pleasant as it was. Thank you Kevin and the rest of the staff who checked to make sure I was being taken care of. Great Job!
